<p><b>My thoughts:</b></p>
<p>As someone who suffered back pain &#8211; anything you can do to stay active and keep moving is going to help. The more you sit still, the tighter you become.&#160; Tight muscles = pain.&#160; I find when I stretch and just get up and move often &#8211; I feel better.</p>
