TodaysBackPain.com is my way of giving back to other back pain sufferers.  As a long time back pain sufferer, I wanted to create a place where I can post articles and videos about back pain and give you my thoughts.  But I also want to hear what YOU are thinking too.  What's worked for you?  Does the article or video make sense, or is it a bunch of hog wash.
